We know you like a good bargain, and what price could be better than free?
In Money for Nothing we bring you our specially selected pick of the best freebies around. Obviously you should always check the terms and conditions yourself, but we think these deals are pretty sweet…
Free £100 Cash
Open a First Direct 1st account and receive £100 in cash. This offer is only open to new customers and depends on you transferring your income (minimum £1500 per month) within three months.
Plus, if you are not happy after six months, First Direct will help you move your account to another bank and give you another £100 in cash.
Free beer
Register your details on the Coors website and you can download a voucher to get a free bottle of Coors Light beer.
Use you voucher at any Pitcher & Piano pub between 12-7pm, Mondays – Thursdays. Offer ends when the 7000 free bottles run out!
Free internet access
There are a multitude of places you can explore the world wide web for free, simply by logging into a wi-fi hotspot.
Try My Hotspots to find free spots in your area, or Hotspot Locations for free wi-fi locations around the world.
Free Coffee
Grab a “Pret Card” from the counter of any Pret a Manger, register your card on the Pret website and it will be credited with £2.10, the price of a coffee, for free!
Be sure to claim your free coffee within three months of registering the card, or the credit will expire.
Free nail varnish
The current issue of women’s magazine Glamour (December’s, with Leona Lewis on the cover) comes with a free full sized bottle of Nails Inc nail varnish.
There are four colours to choose from and while the magazine costs just £2, the nail varnish is worth £10.50!
Free lifts
Register with Liftshare and you could get free lifts to wherever you need to go. Splitting petrol costs with the driver, you will be saving money and the environment.
Simply register your journey and the website will hook you up with drivers who are taking the same route and will allow you to hop aboard.
Free clothes
Why keep your wardrobe full of clothes you’ll never wear, when you can swap them for clothes that you will?
Trade in your old fashion disasters for some trendy new pieces at Big Wardrobe or What’s Mine is Yours.
Free Artwork
While the art glitterati spend millions at auctions on original pieces by graffiti artist Banksy, you can get your own slice of the action for free.
Download Banksy’s work for free, by visiting his official website and heading to the “shop”.
Free Photos
Photo Box is currently offering 40 free photo prints when you register on its website. You will have to order you prints within 30 days and pay postage and packaging (a minimum of £1.50 for first class delivery in the UK).
Free Music
You have to be careful when downloading “free” mp3s as many of the sites which offer them are illegal. Last FM however, is fully legitimate and offers 200 free downloads every week!
